Lip Service Burning Circus on American Idol’s Colton Dixon

Friday, May 4th, 2012 by TheWebMistress

Colton Dixon wears Lip Service on American IdolWe caught a killer mod of our men’s Burning Circus jacket on American Idol’s Colton Dixon at The Stylist blog. It was so damned cool, that we had to share. According to the article, five hours of dye can give you a badass blood red stripe. Looks like time well spent to us, because that jacket kicks ass!

We heard Colton’s been eliminated from the singing competition, but his style’s a win, anyway.

Lip Service at the Studio Servitù opening!

Wednesday, May 4th, 2011 by TheWebMistress

Miss Crash and Jane Jett with the Lizardman at the grand opening of Studio ServituWe are so happy to have been a part of the Studio Servitù opening! Congratulations to co-owners Jane Jett and Miss Crash and thank you for a remarkable and memorable night in your gorgeous new creative playground!

The party started off with a viewing of documentary “The New Erotic”, giving way to VJ sets by Ginger Fish as the crowds kept coming and performances by The Lizardman and Rudy Coby. Then, of course, there was the sort of NC17 fun you’ll just have to imagine for yourselves (Thank you, in particular, to Sex & Metal for some stunning demonstrations of your deviously wicked handiworks!)  Here is a little taste of what you would have seen if you were lucky enough to be there, with much thanks to photographer Andy Hartmark for sharing his shots with us!

New Video by The Last Vegas – “Apologize”

Tuesday, December 21st, 2010 by Chad Cherry

PEACE ON PLANET EARTH
(And to all other planets I visit.)

This month I’ve decided to give you the gift of rock-n-roll music. After all, it is the silly season and consider this my X-Mas present to the fiends who believe in the power of music. Oh, and to all who know looking fabulous in Lip Service clothing means you’ll get more presents this year. L.S.Clothing makes your naughtiness; a nice thing hehe. Yep, yep. And it contributes to the whole peace on earth, good will to mankind, be cool to others thing as well … The power of good fashion … It’s there for you my friends.
Cheers to all … I say love and respect shall lead the way every day and not just through one certain time of year … Let it be an ongoing thing and shine with it my brothers and sisters. We are all in this together. Rise above and be beautiful to each other. YEYEAH!!!!!!

I’ve just put some finishing touches on the new TLV record and I’m glad to say it’s on its way to completion with mix and mastering. This record has been a completely different studio experience than I’ve ever gone though. And it’s been the most work. (But some of the things that went down late night were quite a trip …Very tasty … I will let you in someday when you are old enough.) It’s everything you will want it to be. 100% TLV. Looking forward to the future as always. Can’t wait to unleash the monster and give you a wild and exciting ride into the depths of a band of five guys who want nothing more than to seduce you to the spooky groovy and make ya jump out of your skin to sex beats and hot leather attitude … Get ready.
Till then, here is the brand new single from our album Whatever Gets You Off … ‘Apologize’ … Download it for free. thelastvegas.com
And don’t miss out on the video. I threw up some stills from the shoot. Enjoy.

Happy Holidaze to all and to all a devilishly R-n-R good time!!!!!! See you all in Los Angeles in January. (I’m not staying in Chicago for the damn winter time.) Joy! C.C.

The Bloody Best Project

Adam Green in Lip Service Step In Time for The Bloody Best Project

It is not an usual thing for the Webmaster or I to send along a stylist request to get some Lippy gear for a photo shoot, video, what have you. But, sometimes that request gives us a big smile, just knowing a project like the one we’ve just read about exists.

The Bloody Best Project is that very thing!

The project can be described as four horror fans on a mission. Photographer, Ama Reeves, Wardrobe Stylist, Autumn Steed, Make Up Artist, Melissa Pizzamiglio, and Visual Effects Artist, Roger Johansen, are artists who want to create their own horror images, using the faces and visuals they’ve loved in their favorite horror films. They recruit horror luminaries, actors, directors, you name it, and shoot some of the most beautifully bloody, gory, creepy photos we’ve yet to enjoy with them. How can gore freaks like us NOT love something like that?

Fortunately, Lip Service was happy to offer some killer style help to The Bloody Best crew. So, now we have these superb images of Adam Green (“Frozen”, “Hatchet” and just-released “Hatchet II”) and his wife, Rileah, in Spring collection Step In Time as Frankenstein’s Monster and his bride. I’d show you a few more of their awesome photos, but would rather you give them some much-deserved traffic by checking them out on their site, TheBloodyBestProject.com. You can also get up-to-date news and the latest images through their (BloodyBest) Twitter and behind-the-scenes fun at their (BloodyBest) Facebook page.

We can’t wait to see what gruesome gorgeousness they have in store for us next!

Murderdolls Live in Paris – Chapel of Blood

Tuesday, September 14th, 2010 by TheWebMistress

Wednesday 13 of Murderdolls in Lip Service
We love when bands share their videos showing them rocking while rocking their Lip Service! Here is video of the Murderdolls performing live in Paris, thoughfully shared with us by Jon Nelson, Wednesday 13’s manager and owner of Horror High records. You might recall the Horror High label, as they are the tasteful folks who have signed our own Mickey Finn’s psychobilly band, Cold Blue Rebels (their debut album slated for release 1/11/2011).

Notice the badass Lip Service on Wednesday 13. Good taste, all around.

Buckcherry’s Josh Todd (and his Lip Service Jeans!) on Jimmy Kimmel

Tuesday, September 14th, 2010 by Ilse

Buckcherry's Josh Todd and his "Rocker" fit Stretch Fuck'n JeansBuckcherry performed the title track from their latest album, All Night Long on Jimmy Kimmel on August 12th. And now we’re giving you an excuse to eye Josh Todd up and down – it’s to spot the Lippy he’s wearing! Our “Rocker” fit Stretch Fuckn’ Jeans and black on black Men’s Lolita Candy vest seem to fit him alright, don’t ya think? He’s told us the jeans fit so good, it’s as if we made them just for him.

Ahhh, well we love compliments and we love rock n roll! Go catch Buckcherry (and Josh with his Lip Service threads) on tour in the USA now through October and in Europe at the Taste of Chaos tour beginning in November!
